Sr. Business Development Executives
Location: Noida/Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have field sales experience.
  • Should have good communication skill.
  • Having good connect with customers (SMB / SME / Enterprise)
  • Preferred to have experience of selling Microsoft product (M365 & Azure)
  • Should have overall experience of 8 years and above.
  • Responsible for Sales cycle, meeting targets for Software & Cloud
  • Leading Software & Cloud Sales like Microsoft Licenses, Azure, AWS.
  • Develop long term relationships with prospects and clients to acquire and grow accounts.
  • Develop partnerships & relationships with Partners to meet strategic objectives.
  • Identifying key marketing opportunities.
  • Management of taking ownership to achieve targets.
  • Alignment with Associations/Focus groups for targeting right set of customers.
  • Creating buzz about the products & schemes in the market
  • Strong Hunter in Sales - Generate and qualify leads.
  • Prepare Sales action plans and strategies.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Carry out market research and surveys to ensure he is entering into right domain with the End Customer
  • Engage with new and existing clients.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities along with customer and OEM partner (if required)
  • Develop and ensure strong presentations are created under products and services to current and potential clients
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports on Quarterly/ Monthly/ Weekly basis.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

  • Replicate and expand Claritus’s existing models of business development and come up with strategies to add new channels for demand generation and Key Account penetration.
  • Give yourself three to six months to create a successful, reproducible and predictable sales model by adding your own experience to Claritus’s existing methodologies, and then expand your team by hiring good talent who can replicate your proven sales methodologies.
  • Create supportive environment for team members and colleagues that is conducive to their growth and overall well-being.
  • Give recommendations and take active participation in various aspects of Sales, Marketing and Branding. Take Initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Create accurate and insightful reports. Forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales.
  • Meet your Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota.

Necessary Qualities

  • Hands on experience in Business Development for IT Services/ Mobile Applications/ Web Applications/ IOT/ Blockchain/ RPA/ Cloud Services.
  • Business and Software consulting skills.
  • Ability to understand client's business processes and recommend best suited technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in closing deals with mid to large enterprises as well as SMEs and StartUps.
  • Strict Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and making sure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Excellent technical and Business Acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.
  • Focused/ Organized/ CRM Savvy.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Self-Motivated who can operate with minimal/no supervision.
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently as well as with the team.
