Whether users have a few hens in their backyard for pets or eggs, they are a serious breeder and participate in poultry shows or run a semi commercial poultry business, they’re sure they have the right products or solutions for user’s poultry keeping needs.

The Challenge
- The client wanted us to implement a system that sends timely alerts and notifications to remind users about important tasks, such as incubation timeline and maintaining temperature.
- Keeping track of the different types and quantities of eggs available for hatching can be challenging. It requires regular updates and accurate data entry to ensure efficient stock management. So, the client wanted us to design a user-friendly admin panel and an app for users (iOS and android) that allowed efficient management.
- The client wanted us to implement the feature of uploading photos from a camera before the user confirms the batch name
- The main challenge faced for developing an app for iOS and Android is ensuring compatibility across both platforms. This means that the app should work seamlessly on different devices with varying screen sizes, resolutions, and operating system versions.
- One of the challenges of implementing set preferences in an app for iOS and Android is designing a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily customize their preferences. This interface should provide options for various preferences, such as selecting species, custom species, starting day to be counted as, set expected hatch date, Incubator type, reminder to add water to the incubator, and more.
- Creating a user interface that is intuitive and user-friendly for both iOS and Android users. Each platform has its own design guidelines and standards, so the app needs to adhere to these guidelines to provide a consistent user experience.
The Solution
- We implemented a management system which streamline the process of tracking and updating new batch of eggs for hatching and Active Incubation Batches.
- We implemented a responsive user interface that allows administrators to easily manage the hatching process, Incubation Period, users, content displayed in the app, notifications, species, and newsletter subscriptions.
- We implemented features that allows the user to set reminders or notifications for important tasks during the incubation period, like turning the eggs or checking the water levels.
- We implemented the feature that monitors the progress of the incubation process using the app. The app provides information on the expected hatch date, as well as any warnings or alerts regarding the incubation conditions.
- We provided configurable settings and options that allow user to set their preferences based on their specific requirements.
- We implemented the feature that allows users to easily upload the photo from camera before the batch name is confirmed.
- We have developed the App that allows the user to record the hatch information in the app to keep track of their hatch success rate.
