HealthHiway, A subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals, is a health information network that enables healthcare organizations to connect with each other, facilitating better collaboration and seamless information sharing to deliver quality care.
HealthHiway is a service infrastructure for hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, pharmacies and diagnostic centers to facilitate better interaction within the healthcare ecosystem. Its network enables data sharing and transactions between Providers, Employers, Payers, TPA’s, Practitioners and Patients.

Challenge

Apollo HealthHiway wanted to have a secure online platform that facilitates paperless, efficient and reliable Electronic Claims Management for Network Providers (Hospitals) and Payers (Insurance Companies & TPAs). But it had following challenges:
